At Effective Fitness, we offer a range of group-based fitness classes. From high-intensity cardio workouts, to slow-paced, intense classes to strengthen the core, our sessions are focused on the individuals – meaning we keep the size of our classes small.

Boxercise is a class that uses some of the basic moves, striking combinations and training techniques of boxing to give you a combination of aerobic and anaerobic benefits.
