Getting Started with our GymMaster App!

We’re moving over to our new digital gym platform GymMaster – which takes your membership with Effective Fitness to the next level! You can manage all aspects of your membership from booking class sessions, monitoring your fitness and managing your membership.
The GymMaster application is supported on iPhone, iPad and Android devices – it’s completely free to use and simple to set up. Follow the instructions below and if you come across any problems then please drop by our Hessle gym and a member of our team will be happy to help.
Note: If you have been a member of our gym for more than a few months then please give us a call to ensure your membership has been upgraded to GymMaster.
Setting Up on your iPhone/iPad or Android Device
- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for “GymMaster Member” and install the application.
- Once installed, launch the application. A login screen will be displayed.
- When we first created your account, you should of received an activation email to set a password. If you received this email and set your password for your account, then go ahead and login! However if you didn’t, then don’t worry! Simply press the “Forgot Password” button, enter the email address you provided us registration and set your password.
- Once ready press the “Log In” button. You will be taken to your dashboard.
