Circuit workouts

Class Description

Our circuit workouts are designed to build strength and fitness using a variety of intense exercises. Each class is designed to push you and, with it being an inclusive, group exercise class, you will gain support and encouragement from your peers to help you progress.

From lifting weights and kettlebells, to flipping large tyres and using TRX suspension straps, our circuits use a wide variety of equipment to give the whole body a full workout. We also cover plyometric and “Strong Man” exercises to improve strength and burn fat.

Our circuits can help you build up your cardio and muscular endurance.
