Class Description

Pilates is a blend of flexibility, core strength and balance to improve fitness and wellbeing. Developed by German-born Joseph Pilates, this exercise was influenced by gymnastics, boxing and wrestling, and is perfect for those looking to challenge their body.

Pilates uses gravity, breathing and spring resistance to enable the entire body to target certain muscle groups. This re-educates movement patterns and rebalances the muscular and structural systems in body.

Carried out on mats in our studio space, our Pilates classes lengthen and strengthen muscles to improve posture and overall fitness.
