Fancy five weeks of training to get you in shape – for free? Our fantastic Fit in 5 programme involves two training sessions a week (for five weeks), alongside a customised nutrition plan. We set a realistic goal and, if you reach it, we give you your money back.
The affordable programme is £59 for the five weeks. To achieve your goal, you must attend all your training sessions, keep a food diary and stick to the nutrition plan set by your dedicated coach.
Sessions are held:
Monday, 10:00am and 6:45pm
Friday, 10:00am and 6:30pm
