can any fitness level start your programmes?

Yes, we assess your starting point with a few key questions, we then start you on your journey based on your past history, current starting point and goals.

are there any guarantees?

We cannot guarantee any definite results as there are multiple factors outside of our control. We do however see results 100% of the time if the plan and programme is adhered to.

how old do you have to be to start?

We can start from 14 years of age. As long as we have a parent or guardians permission. We do not take one on one coaching sessions with anyone under 16 unless a parent or guardian is accompanying them.

can i train with a buddy?

Yes, we quite often encourage this, as having a workout buddy helps with motivation and encouragement form someone who is by your side on the same journey.

how quick will i see results?

this is an almost impossible question to answer as there are multiple factors out of our control. We do however see results in most people within the first 48 hours with some of the implemented changes we add to your healthy lifestyle.

what if i am not happy with the results?

We are always open and honest with each other, so I appreciate the open conversation between myself and a client. Having multiple decades of experience in the industry means we can quickly identify why we are not seeing the results and rectify it with simple and easy to implement changes.
