Here at Effective Fitness, we can guarantee results! That’s because we do what’s right for you and your body.

We are a personalised training facility that offers programmes aimed at you as an individual. Often clients come to me after being a member of a gym for years feeling deflated and frustrated as they have seen little or no difference for the money spent, very demotivating but not uncommon at all.

With so much conflicting information in the industry, it’s hard to know who or what to believe. Here at Effective Fitness we strip it back to basics and cut out what isn’t relevant then focus on what you do need to know to get guaranteed results.
With over 20 years in the industry, our aim is to make it easy for you to train hard and eat well with any of our specific nutrition and exercise plans. We are also big believers in giving you information to educate, so you can make informed choices on your own health and well-being. As we are personalised training facility the good news is we are always here to offer ongoing support and guidance, via email, phone, or in person.

There is a programme to suit all: 1-2-1 sessions, Semi-private training groups, FIT in 5 weeks quick plan, conditioning classes, use of all the facilities in your own time, nutritional advice plans plus much more.
